Rodeo Hides started with a problem we kept running into ourselves: real western leather — hand-cut, full-grain, built by someone who's done it for decades — is almost never in one place. It's spread across a dozen small houses, half of them impossible to find, most without a way to even buy from outside their own country. People who wanted one honest jacket ended up giving up, or settling. So we started doing the finding for them — visiting the houses, checking the leather by hand, and bringing back specific, individual pieces worth owning under one retail roof.
We're still out visiting houses, checking hides, and deciding what earns a place here. When the doors open, this is what buying one honest jacket should have felt like all along.

We scout tanneries, saddleries, and ateliers across leather-making regions worldwide.
Hides, hardware, and construction are checked against a standard, not a sales pitch.
Houses that pass are brought on as partners, not white-labeled or renamed.
Only a select run from each house is carried — never the full catalogue at once.
